श्रमिक मंत्र, देहरादून। यूपी के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने अफसरों को सख्त निर्देश दिए हैं कि किसी गरीब की झोपड़ी और दुकान पर बुलडोजर न चलाएं। बुलडोजर सिर्फ पेशेवर माफिया, दुर्दांत अपराधी और माफियाओं की अवैध संपत्ति पर ही चलाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे माफिया जिन लोगों ने कमजोरों और व्यापारियों की संपत्ति पर अवैध कब्जा कर लिया हो सिर्फ उनके खिलाफ ही कार्रवाई की जाए। किसी को परेशान न किया जाए। एलडीए के प्रवर्तन दल ने गुरुवार को अवैध हाउसिंग सोसाइटी मून सिटी पर बुलडोजर चला इसे ध्वस्त कर दिया है। इसके साथ ही दो अन्य इलाकों में भी अवैध निर्माण पर कार्रवाई की गई। प्रवर्तन जोन तीन के जोनल अधिकारी कमल जीत सिंह ने बताया कि नरेन्द्र तिवारी एवं आशीष शर्मा द्वारा ग्राम व पोस्ट मौदा काकोरी पर प्राधिकरण से बगैर नक्शा स्वीकृत कराए लगभग 10 वर्ष पूर्व अनाधिकृत रूप से मून सिटी नाम से अवैध प्लॉटिंग की गई थी। निर्माण के संबंध में कोई स्वीकृत मानचित्र व साक्ष्य न प्रस्तुत करने पर विहित न्यायालय के आदेश पर इसे ध्वस्त किया गया। इसी जोन में रईस अहमद ने मौजा प्यारेपुर में बगैर नक्शा स्वीकृत कराए अवैध प्लॉटिंग की गई थी, जिसमें ग्रुप हाउसिंग निर्माण एवं डुप्लेक्स भवनों पर रोहाउसिंग का भी निर्माण किया गया था, जिसे ध्वस्त किया गया। इसी प्रकार प्रवर्तन जोन दो के जोनल अधिकारी डीके सिंह ने बताया कि आसिफ खान व अन्य ने कासिमपुर पकरी बौद्ध विहार शांति उपवन पार्किंग स्थल के सामने कानपुर रोड पर अवैध रूप से कराए गए निर्माण को तोड़ा गया। जोन एक के विहित प्राधिकारी अमित राठौर ने बताया कि कई अवैध निर्माण तोड़े गए। श्रमिक मंत्र संवाददाता की ये खास रिपोर्ट।
